Jihl Nabaat

Character Biography

Jihl Nabaat is the Lieutenant Colonel and officer in the Cocoon army, the commander of PSICOM, and is an enemy of Lightning and her allies. Jihl is a cold, cynical woman of power, who detests what Lightning and her friends stand for, politically and personally. Yaag Rosch, also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Cocoon army, is Jihl's right-hand man, only graduating second in class behinf Jihl.


Appearance
She wears glasses and wears her long blonde hair down, almost reaching her knees. She carries a sniper rifle deemed to be powerful, as well as a cane.

Her outfit seems to be one of coordination to the army.
